North Eastern Railway Petrol Inspection Car No.3711 at York Station, photographed circa 1908.
Built at the NER York Carriage Shops in March 1908, No.3711 was designed for use by railway officials on inspection journeys.
It remained in service into the LNER period and was withdrawn in February 1939.
