HRH The Duke of York, later King George VI, visits the Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway in Kent on 5 August 1926, while the railway was still under construction.

During the visit, the Duke drove the locomotive Northern Chief from Jesson Halt to New Romney and back.
