Ex Great Northern Railway C1 Class 4-4-2 No.4419 at Wakefield Westgate Station, photographed circa 1925.
Built at Doncaster in May 1906 as GNR No.1419. The locomotive was fitted with an experimental booster and a larger Pacific-style cab in 1923; the booster was permanently removed in 1935.
