Description
London & North Western Railway ROD 2-8-0 No.2824, of Great Central Railway Class 8K design, at an unidentified LNWR location, photographed between September 1919 and November 1920.
Built by the North British Locomotive Company in 1919 as ROD No.1788, the locomotive later became LNWR No.2824 and subsequently LMS No.9456.
