DELTIC D9000 ROYAL SCOTS GREY at Hambleton West Jctn on the return leg from Hull to Kings X via Selby Leeds and Doncaster. This special working was to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the last Deltic hauled working for Britsh Rail, D9000 was returned to Mainline use and worked the Hertfordshire Railtours' Deltic Reunion from Kings Cross to Hull on 2.1.1997.
